Carrying on the heritage of long cattle drives and feeding cowboys off the chuckwagon, teams compete by cooking a hearty meal of chicken fried steak, potatoes, beans, sourdough biscuits, complete with a healthy helping of peach cobbler. Wagons are judged on their food but also their authenticity, looking as though they stepped through time from the 1800s. This might just be the best home cooked lunch you've ever had!!
