Performer Information

Catherine Thompson, 16 years old and the youngest of eight children. Born and raised in rural Georgia, she has always enjoyed tending to farm animals. Riding horses has always been a highlight. Her training in music began when she was 7 with piano lessons. Since then she hasplayed guitar, fiddle and mandolin. Singing and yodeling have always been exciting and fun for her, and she was the 2017 IWMA Female Yodeling Champion.
