Mark is an award winning DJ with 35 years in the entertainment business. Recently he became a member of the International Western Music Association IWMA.
Working in the club & entertainment industry including Artist Management, Marketing / Functions & Entertainment Management..
Mark has also been on the committee of the Mildura Country Music - The largest Independent Country Music Festival of its type in the world at the time.
Several times nominee in the Tamworth People’s Choice DJ Award Finals for the last 2 years, winning in 2025.
In 2026 Mark Eckel was inducted into the Country Music DJ Australian Hall of Fame.
A ‘Lifetime Radio Award’ with the Tasmanian Country Music Awards.
Previously he was a recipient of the ‘National Legend Award’ by Tasmanian Independent Awards.
In 2024 - Europe’s Red Carpet FPCM Awards winning the FPCM Awards for ‘Fairness in the Music Industry.’
